Rykse & Co is a family owned company that has been around for over 30 years. They recently combined their entire operation to Texas Corners, from Stadium Drive, bringing the old and new together! They offer full-service breakfast and lunch, as well as their famous award-winning baked goods and popular 'Rykse on the Run' deli meals.
This family owned business has a passion for serving home-made food daily using the freshest ingredients and it shines through in presentation and taste! If you only order one thing, let it be one of their giant cinnamon rolls!

A recipe handed down from generation to generation from their grandmother. (What gets better than that?!)
The New location has an open concept with seating downstairs and a loft area above. It's bright and inviting from the second you walk through the door. The smell of fresh baked goods welcomes you, along with their super friendly staff! Rykse & Co has a full fledged bakery where they make everything from bread, cakes, pies, cookies and more in house daily. They also have many wonderful breakfast and lunch options, as well as meals to-go, baked goods to-go and more! You can also find some of their items at the Texas Corner Farmer's Market.
Rykse & Co serves up the usual morning traditions from eggs & toast, to pancakes, french toast, to breakfast quesadillas, breakfast BLT, and quiche. Rykse also offers kid friendly options for both breakfast and lunch.
I tried their famous cinnamon rolls two ways: Regular and Grilled. The grilled cinnamon roll is cut in half, grilled, and drizzled with more of that delicious icing.(yes please! I love lots of icing on my cinnamon rolls.)
Under the Omelette & Scrambler part of the menu, I LOVED their Avocado Bacon Farmer's Market Bowl. I ordered mine over hash browns. Every bite had the perfect amount of cheese, bacon, egg, avocado, green onion, tomato, cilantro and that delicious green onion sauce! Their Omelettes & Scramblers are customizable, and can be served in a bowl or as a traditional omelette with choice of redskin potatoes, hash browns, sweet potatoes, or quinoa. I also recommend trying their Oatmeal Bread!
Rykse & Co also offers Specialty Bowls unique to their restaurant. I tried two of their Specialty Bowls- Chipotle Chicken Bowl and the Thai Sesame Bowl. The best part - the base of all of their bowls are customizable from sweet potato, quinoa, or white rice and served with a freshly baked Rykse dinner roll. They also offer salads, sandwiches, burgers, and wraps. Their house-made kettle chips are delicious. Make sure you order a side of their Onion Dip to go with the chips!
Don't forget to end your meal with their fabulous Award-Winning Peanut Butter Pie topped with chocolate curls and peanuts. Pssst! They are now selling their delicious homemade cookie dough TO-GO!
